The Sales Recruitment Jobsite is a partnership headed by Ian Peters, the team comprises a number of specialists from the recruitment industry, sales and marketing professionals and Internet marketing experts.
The team has one simple aim to create the most enjoyable and effective online sales recruitment experience and to offer a one stop careers shop to sales people all over the globe.
We are all experienced end users of Job sites and have tried to make this site overcome the many frustrations that we have encountered over the years.

Louise Garrido the site’s Marketing Partner was quoted as saying “With this site we really wanted to bring a fresh approach to online recruitment, little seems to have changed in the past decade. The technology may have improved but the user experience has remained static. We call our new approach ‘Open Access Recruitment’, what this means is that we do not dictate how jobseekers and recruiters interact. What is really different about ‘Open Access Recruitment’ is that the jobseeker can apply directly to the recruiter without any need for registration, either via an online form, email or even by telephone; there are no restrictions upon the contact details recruiters can display. It has become apparent that more and more jobseekers are reluctant to put their personal details into a publicly held database for fear of identity theft and fraud. Whilst we have taken every possible measure to protect the data held in our own database, no website server is totally impregnable.
Jobseekers can also register for ‘Jobs by RSS’ this allows them to receive the latest jobs matching their personal requirements direct to their desktop without the need for registering as with ‘Job by Email’.
The whole principle behind ‘Open Access Recruitment’ is to maximise the efficiency and convenience of job seeking or recruiting. We do not believe that it is beneficial for recruiters to spend hours searching CV databases for prospective candidates and by distributing our vacancies to the widest possible audience through all of the major Vertical Job Search Engines in the UK and making the recruiter contact details totally transparent recruiters using our site are experiencing unprecedented levels of highly qualified candidates applying for their vacancies.
